Jonathan Graham
Managing Director
Jonathan’s career began in 1989, when he trained and qualified as an electrician, later becoming an electrical engineer in the early 1990s. With a growing interest in technology, he transitioned into the IT sector in 1997, where he quickly advanced from Network Engineer to Consultant, gaining extensive expertise in servers, networking, and infrastructure.
In 2007, Jonathan founded Support IT 4U Ltd, providing IT support to schools and SMEs across Yorkshire. His commitment to delivering exceptional service earned him a strong reputation and a loyal client base. In 2015, the company rebranded to Fusion Network Solutions Solutions Ltd, embracing cloud technologies and marking the beginning of the Fusion brand.
Celebrating 17 years in business in 2024, Jonathan expanded his vision by co-founding Fusion Network Solutionss Ltd with long-term business partner Justin Russell. This new venture brings together Jonathan’s technical expertise with Justin’s telecoms experience, setting the stage for continued innovation and growth.

Justin began his career in the IT sector in 1995, when he was introduced to Steven Venter, Owner and Managing Director of DataMedia Microbiz Pty Ltd in South Africa. Recognising his potential, Steven recruited Justin into a sales role, where he quickly advanced to Sales Manager, leading a high-performing team that consistently surpassed targets. After returning to the UK in 2000, Justin transitioned into the Mobile Communications and Fixed Line sector, joining Singlepoint (4U) Ltd as Corporate Account Manager. Following Vodafone’s acquisition of Singlepoint, Justin continued his career with Vodafone before moving on to Townley Communications Plc, which was also acquired by Vodafone.
Over the past 19 years, Justin has held senior roles in several prominent organisations, including Premier Mobile (London), Abzorb, Pioneer Communications (now part of Olive Communications), Midshire Telecom/LegalTX, and Active8 MT. His extensive experience spans sales, consulting, and leadership within the SoHo, SME, and Enterprise sectors. He has delivered a wide range of products and services, including Mobile Communications, Fixed Line Telephony, Cloud Solutions, IT Network Security, Connectivity, and CRM Solutions, consistently driving business growth and client satisfaction.
